No. Concrete surfaces must be completely dry before application. Sealing over moisture traps water vapor under the resin coating, which causes the sealer to turn a cloudy or milky white colour (moisture blush). Ensure the surface has had at least 24–48 hours of dry weather before sealing.

Our Gloss sealant contains a higher solid-resin content that leaves a highly reflective, protective wet-look shine on the surface.
